Best Green tea shampoo for your hair
DIY Green Tea shampoo is a perfect blend of amazing natural ingredients that can give you healthy hair and allow you to wash less frequently. Summer is great as far vacation and for hangout but for hair and skin it’s not good. For a perfect healthy hair it’s always best to use a shampoo that is free from harsh chemicals.
This combination promotes a healthy scalp and hair growth, it’s helpful to add shine and moisturize and if you struggling with hair loss problem so you must try this.
Advantages of green tea for hair growth –
Green tea is rich in antioxidants that can help stimulate hair growth. The antioxidant properties of green tea can make your tresses look healthy and beautiful by preventing grey hair and reducing hair fall. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects, and helps to soothe the scalp and prevents scalp irritation and inflammation. Using green tea in your hair care routine helps to reduce dandruff, prevent hair fall and stimulate the growth of hair. Ingredients –
- 1/2 cup green tea
- 1/2 cup liquid castle soap
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method -
Steep 2 organic green tea bags in a 1/2 cup of hot water for 15 minutes and then let it cool down.
Then will add the honey to the cooled down tea so it won’t lose any of its properties.
This is also the perfect time to add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Incase if you want you can vitamin E oil in the place of olive oil.
Finally, it’s time to pour your Castile soap into it and mix everything once again. Mixing is great task, so when you feel like you’re done give the mixture a couple more stirs.
Transfer the shampoo to a bottle and shake it well before use .

- If you have any scalp or skin/health issues, always consult your doctor before trying any essential oils.
- Do not directly apply essential oils on your skin, always diluted with carrier oil.
