Two ways of making Rice cubes for wonderful skin as its loaded with excellent properties

Rice Water Ice Cubes can made by both methods
1) Soaked -
The easiest and quickest way of preparing rice water for the skin is the soaking method.
Run uncooked rice grains under a faucet until the water runs clear.
Soak the clean rice in a bowl with water for about 30 minutes, while gently mixing and pressing down with your fingers.
Strain the water and Freeze it; you can use it up to a week, after which you need to prepare a new batch.
2) Boiled -
Cook rice like you usually would for eating purposes.
Then, strain the starchy water. Let it cool down completely and transfer it to tray and freeze it.
Application:
This is the basic and simple technique of benefitting from Rice water ices cubes for clear skin. All you have to do is to rub the rice water ice cubes on your face in a circular motion. For this, you need to place the ice cubes on the clean wash cloth. Wrap the cloth and use it as a cold compression. After five minutes, give gap from cold compression. Likewise, repeat the process on and off from cold compression. This process is very effective in eliminating the redness from face and shrink pores repeat this process twice a day for best.

Usually, I’m used to employing a water ice cube in my daily skincare routine for no longer than 2 minute. Initial you will not notice much different but with regular use you will find the big difference but using a regular ice cube. You just feel your skin will be smoother, and you will not need any serums, toner and moisturizers.
