    Water: 250 ml

Method :

    In a pan Heat  250 ml or a cup ofwater on medium to high heat and allow it to come to a rolling boil.

    Add  ginger root  pieces along with ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ( you can skip also ) and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Strain and add  ½ teaspoon honey

    Drink it warm


 

Ginger Tea With Dried Ginger Powder

Ingredients:

    Dried ginger powder: ½-1teaspoon

    Water: 250 ml

    Honey : ½ teaspoon or Jaggery

Method :

    In a pan boil water and add the dried ginger powder

   Allow it to come to a boil.

    Lower the flame and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

    Strain the tea.

    Stir in add ½ teaspoon honey

    jaggery if you want .

    Serve hot.

How to make dry ginger powder

After that  Wash the gingers , peel, and pat dry it .well if you want so you can make with peel

 Cut them into thin slices or however you want it comfortable  and place them on the plate. Make sure you cover the plate with a net or a thin cloth to prevent dust and other insects from getting into contact with them.

 Sundry these slices thoroughly. As it depends on season and place like in hot reason  3days are quite enough but where the weather is cold so it may take 6 to 7 days for getting it fully dry.

Now how you know that they are fully dried it’s quite easy they will shrink in size and super crisp.

 Then grind them into fine powder. and keep this in mind while making the powder as jar of grinder  is complete dry otherwise all it will spoil you powder.

Now for grind this powder  have patience as in first run you will get the  coarse powder and after second run you will get fine powder .

Store the powder in an air-tight glass  jar. You may keep it at room temperature. And it will easily last for upto a year .
