5 Almonds ( soaked and peeled )
3 white pepper whole ( Safed mirchi )
Sugar ( crystallized sugar lumps )
Method:
Soak 5 almonds and overnight in water.
Next morning peel the skin
Now consume 5 almonds and 3 whole white pepper with glass of warm water.
And make sure that there is difference between at least a hour between breakfast
How to make powder
Ingredients :
75 Almonds ( soaked and peeled )
45 white pepper whole ( Safed mirchi )
Sugar ( crystallized sugar lumps )
Method :
Take 75 almonds and soak them overnight
Now peel the skin and dry them completely and their should no moisture
Once its dry , With 45 whole white pepper grind these 75 almonds
Make a smooth powder and still you feel that there is some moisture and again sun dry them for some time .
And store this ready powder in airtight conditioner and will easy last a month and so but as per measurement you have consume this in 15 days time
You can add misari /Sugar ( crystallized sugar lumps ) also initial if want some sugar content or making this for kids .
