1) 1 cup water (Luke warm )

3) 1 tsp Honey

Method:
In a cup take 2 tsp Of Apple cider vinegar. (If you are starting ACV for the first time then initial start with 1 tsp and then gradually increase to 2 tsp).
Then add 1 tsp of honey into it. (Honey is rich in antioxidant and it’s not natural sweetening agent but as compared to refined sugar it contains beneficial vitamins and minerals which is beneficial for health.
Now add ¼ Tsp cinnamon powder and mix well as cinnamon powder contains rich fiber content which gives you feeling fuller for longer as well Apple cider vinegar cannot be consumed raw because of its strong and unpleasant taste. Cinnamon also adds a pleasant and sweet flavor to the drink.
Now 1 cup of Luke warm water and your drink is ready to consume ( make sure not to mix ACV in very hot or cold water )
If you are drinking Acv daily so for drinking ACV drink , use straw to prevent weaning the enamel of your teeth .
Sip the drink slowly. If you’re drinking ACV daily, you may want to drink through a straw to prevent wearing the enamel of your teeth.
