1st process for making fennel seeds water:
All you need to do is take one or two teaspoons of fennel seeds and add them in a glassful of water and leave it overnight. Drink it first thing in the morning or on empty stomach.
2nd Process for making fennel seeds tea:
On the other hand, if you wish to prepare fennel tea, take one teaspoon of fennel seeds and add them to a cup of hot water. Ensure you don't boil the seeds in water as this may kill most of its nutrients.
