An Effective Natural Remedy Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds for Hair growth

Fenugreek seeds are considered to be one of the most effective remedies to treat hair fall issues. Hair fall is a common problem now a days and even growing concern among many and resorting to home remedies seems to be one of the most effective ways to treat it naturally.
Let’s discuss the richness of fenugreek seeds as its having Folic acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K, and are a storehouse of minerals such as Calcium and Potassium, Iron. Fenugreek seeds also have high Protein and Nicotinic Acid (also known as niacin) is vitamin B3 content, which are known to be beneficial against hair fall and dandruff and in treating a variety of scalp issues like dryness of hair, baldness and hair thinning.
It contains large amounts of lecithin, which hydrates the hair and strengthens the roots or hair follicles. The seeds also help in moisturizing the hair and bringing back the luster and bounce.
Fenugreek seeds have hair follicle strengthening properties that reduces hair fall. Since it makes hair strong and less prone to hair breakage, it prevents hair thinning and also adds a nice bounce to your hair.
RECIPE FOR FENUGREEK HAIR TREATMENT FOR HAIR GROWTH:
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Table Spoon Fenugreek Seeds(depending on length of hair)
- 1 Cup filtered water
- 4 Table spoon curd(optional)
- 1 Spray bottle
METHOD -
Soak fenugreek seeds and water in a bowl. Put a lid on it and let it soak for good 12 to 14 hours. Till that time, the seeds should have swelled up and the water should have turned sticky and dark yellowish in color.
In the below image you can see how it will be double in size and the texture for water is also changed.
Boil the water for few minutes and strain the seeds. Let the water cool down and pour it into a spray bottle. Spray the solution on your roots till the length of your hair , Then gently massage . Keep this water work for your hair alteast for 2 hours or overnight before using a shampoo.
Now you can see how this water looks like and work as good as serum .If you are less with the time you can apply the direct soak water on your scalp .
The best part of this multi purpose seeds are nothing is going to waste as the remaining soaked seeds which we are going to use as fenugreek magical mask , for this simply grind the seeds with water or curd. Apply the layer of paste into the roots of your hair till the length and keep it for 1 hour and wash your hair with normal water only , as I do not use shampoo after that but it’s your wish but after using this mask you do not need it and drying out you can feel the texture of your hair how soft and silky it will be!!
