Method

    Grind the mint leaves with a mortar and pestle

    In bowl  add the crushed mint leaves along with multani mitti, honey, and      curd.

   Mix well until you get a smooth mixture.

   Apply this pack onto your clean face.

   Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes

   Then rinse your face with cool water.

   use this 1-2 times in a week 

 


 

2)Lemon And Mint  For Acne:

 Lemon juice has mild bleaching properties that fade acne scars. Lemon juice also contains vitamin C, which boosts the healing process of your skin. It’s the bacteria, build-up of dead skin cells and excess oil which causes acne. Mint leaves have antibacterial properties and they also contain salicylic acid, both of which can be used for preventing as well as treating the breakouts on the skin! With a high content of vitamin A, mint can also be used to control the secretion of excess oil from the skin, which in turn will reduce the chances of getting pimples.

Ingredients

 10-12 mint leaves

 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

    Grind the mint leaves with the lemon juice and make a smooth paste

    Apply this mixture onto your acne, acne scars, and acne-prone areas of your skin.

    Leave it on for about 20 minutes.

    Rinse your face with cool water

    Do it every day until all your pimples, acne are gone.

    1 tsp rose water

    ½ lemon juice

Method

  Grate the mint leaves along with lemon juice

Now add 1 tablespoon oats powder

Add 1 tsp rose water and mix until you get a coarse mixture.

Apply this mixture onto your face and let it dry for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, gently scrub your face in circular motions to slough off any dead skin cells.

Scrub for 2-3 minutes and then rinse your face with cool water.

 Repeat this 2-3 times a week.
